Privacy Policy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our customers. We collect personal information such as name, company name, address, phone number, email address, IP, and other applicable contact information. We also collect credit card information once it is provided to us. Credit card information is not stored in our electronic databases and only employees who are directly involved in the billing process have access to this information.
We DO NOT share, sell or otherwise disclose information about our clients and/or their contact information to any other party except as required by law or to process and ship the orders.
WE use the contact information to communicate with its clients in order to understand their needs, to promote products or services that may be of interest to them, and to process and complete ongoing transactions.


We pride ourselves for the quality of our products and we provide the industry standard 1 year warranty for the all new products.
1. THS warrants that Product delivered will be free of defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of delivery, provided that THS's sole responsibility shall not exceed the value of Product supplied.
2. In the event of defect in material or workmanship, the Buyer shall notify THS in writing within the warranty period and will protect and retain the alleged defective Product in order to permit THS to investigate and make any necessary corrections or replacements. There are no other warranties, express or implied.
3. In the event that the Product is not properly used then all warranties shall be null and void.
4. If the Buyer has not paid to THS for the Product in full there is no warranty claim.

Return, refund, exchange

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and stands behind its product. If a customer is not fully satisfied with our product we will exchange/refund the purchase subject to the following conditions.
1. Refund/exchange must be processed only after the returned goods are received by us. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods for refund/exchange eligibility.
2. Shipping costs for returned goods are on the account of sender.
3. No refund/exchange on used goods.
4. No refund/exchange after the warranty period expired.
5. Restocking fee 15% will be applied.
6. If order was paid by credit card / PayPal a 3% commission will be additionally deducted from the refunded amount.

Terms & Conditions of Quotation / Purchase Order

1. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless the particular quotation explicitly specifies validity date.
2. It is agreed and understood that THS shall furnish and deliver only those items specifically described in the Quotation ("Product").
3. The Buyer acknowledges that the Quotation, once accepted becomes a firm order.
4. The Product remains the property of THS until paid in full.
5. The Buyer shall examine the Product upon its delivery.
6. It is agreed and understood that interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on overdue accounts.
7. Buyer agrees that the Product is intended for professional use only pursuant to safety standards established from time to time by the Canadian Standards Association and/or other applicable regulatory bodies. Buyer understands that Product may be heavy and sharp and is capable of causing significant property damage or personal injury if used inappropriately and agrees to exercise caution and adhere to best safety practices when using the Product.
8. THS shall not be held liable for delays in the orders delivery due to causes beyond its control, if caused directly or indirectly, by acts of God, government orders, legislation or regulations, embargoes, fires, storms, floods, strikes, labour trouble, wars, riots, failure of carriers or suppliers to transport Product, or other contingencies beyond its reasonable control. THS shall execute the order as soon as the cause of delay is removed and conditions permit.

Q. I have OKUMA (HARDINGE, MORI SEIKI, GILDEMEISTER, NAKAMURA, MURATEC, MAZAK etc.) machine in my workshop, do you guys have the live tools for my machine?

A. Yes. But in order to provide you with the right tooling we would need to know more about your machine - turret type (VDI or BMT) and manufacturer (like Duplomatic, Sauter), DIN coupling (like DIN 5480, DIN 5482, Spur coupling IT, Spur coupling MT) etc. If you have already the same or similar tooling that fits your machine this will be very helpful to have a picture of it. Please also refer to the drawings and the measurements in the tables to figure out the right tooling.

A. Our search system is easy to use and is the task oriented. In some aspects it is even better that those of the popular search engines. It ignores the symbols that are not relevant and searches what exactly needed. Example:

Q.Can you make a custom tooling? A. Yes, we can make custom tooling but the custom orders are subject to the special terms and conditions. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Quotation/Purchase Order page.


We accept the following methods of payment:
  • Wire transfers are accepted from Canadian, US, and international customers in CDN or USD currencies.
  • Wire transfer must be made before shipment.

2. Credit cards
  • We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB as over-the-phone or mail/fax-in orders.
  • We accept the credit cards payments from Canadian and international customers.
  • Cards are charged in Canadian dollars. Conversion rate to a local currency as per your financial institution.
  • The credit card payment must be cleared before shipment.
  • To make a credit card payment please contact our office.

3. Corporate Cheque
  • Cheques are accepted from Canadian and US customers in either CDN or USD currencies.
  • Cheques must be mailed in to our office in Canada and cleared before shipment.

4. PayPal payment
  • PayPal payments are accepted from Canadian, US, and international customers.
  • PayPal payments received are converted into Canadian dollars, so please check the conversion rate and arrange a right amount if paying in currency other than Canadian dollars.

Shipping / Delivery

1. We ship internationally by mail/courier mail.
2. Term of delivery is DAP (Delivery At Point) according to Incoterms 2015.
3. Other means of delivery are also available upon mutual agreement.
4. Please thoroughly review your shipping address in the order form and make sure it is full and correct. We do not take responsibility for orders lost in mail.
